About

A daily, rules-based trend strategy that rotates into leveraged US stock ETFs when conditions are strong and into defensive assets (long Treasuries, cash, gold, dollar, utilities, volatility) when conditions weaken, picking recent winners within each bucket.
NutHow it works
Each day it runs 4 “trend checks”: Tech vs Utilities, Bonds vs cash (plus global/wood-vs-gold), Inflation (TIP), and S&P 500 moving averages. If trends look healthy, it buys 3x stock funds (TQQQ, SPXL, UPRO, UDOW). If not, it shifts to long Treasuries (TMF), cash, gold, dollar, utilities, or volatility hedges (UVXY/VIXY). RSI is used to spot “too hot” (>75–80) or “washed out” (<30) to hedge or buy dips.
CheckmarkValue prop
Diversified, rules-based trend strategy with ~0.81 SPY beta and defensive hedges; complements SPY in volatile markets. OOS: 15.1% annualized, Sharpe 0.82, max drawdown 22.8% (SPY 22.4%/18.8%).
