If QQQ has risen very fast lately, it moves 100% into UVXY, a fund that can jump when stock-market fear spikes. If QQQ has fallen very hard lately, it moves 100% into TECL, a fund that makes a big bet on a rebound in technology stocks. Otherwise, it spreads money evenly across Treasury bonds, gold, the U.S. dollar, and dividend-paying U.S. stocks.
