This strategy first asks: is market fear spiking? If yes, it hides in very short-term Treasury bills (BIL). If fear is calm and getting calmer, it buys an aggressive mix of leveraged tech, healthcare, and a fund that benefits when volatility falls. If the picture is mixed, it compares the last 6 months of stocks, bonds, commodities, gold, and the U.S. dollar, then picks 1–2 areas that look strongest, often using leveraged funds.
