Goal: hedge SPY/QQQ by holding low‑correlation assets. It watches SPY’s RSI (a 0–100 heat gauge). If SPY is extremely hot, split between UVXY (volatility spike fund) and TMF (levered long Treasuries). If just hot, buy the 3 weakest of VIXM (vol), BTAL (market‑neutral), EDV (long Treasuries), SPLV (low‑vol stocks). Otherwise buy the 3 strongest of SVXY (short vol), VIXM, GLD (gold), VWO (emerging). Equal‑weight; rebalance only on large drift.
