Daily, it flips between 3x long biotech (LABU) and 3x short biotech (LABD). It watches: XBI trend (price vs recent average; a moving average is the average of recent prices), RSI (balance of up vs down days; high=hot, low=weak), market stress via QQQ and VIX ETFs UVXY/UVIX (rising=fear), and interest rates via TLT/TMF/TMV. In broad selloffs (biotech falling with the market), a kill switch avoids LABU and uses LABD or Treasuries/volatility. Profits from shorts aid rare-disease research.
