Overheated or falling: hedge with SQQQ/SOXS or hold T‑Bills (BIL). Rate shocks: short long Treasuries (TMV/TYO). Deep bond selloffs: buy TMF/TYD. When bonds are very hot, rotate into the 2 strongest ETFs.
