First it checks if the overall U.S. stock market looks healthy by comparing SPY to its 200-day average. If the market looks healthy, it mostly holds TQQQ, unless the market looks too overheated, in which case it briefly switches to UVXY, a fund that tends to rise when fear spikes. If the market looks weak, it becomes defensive and tactical: it may buy TECL or UPRO after sharp selloffs, switch to SQQQ to profit from falling tech stocks, move into UVXY during panic, or park in BSV (short-term bonds) when it wants safety.
