Daily rotation that uses a 200‑day trend filter and short‑term RSI “heat” to buy dips in strong markets, and in weak markets switch to volatility (UVXY), short tech (SQQQ), or bonds. Heavy tech tilt with leveraged ETFs; rebalanced daily.

Each day it checks if the S&P 500 is above its 200‑day average (uptrend) or below (downtrend). Uptrend: buy the 2 funds that look most “washed‑out” over ~20 days, using RSI (a 10–20‑day heat gauge: high=overheated, low=oversold). If things look too hot, it parks in UVXY (jumps when fear spikes). Downtrend: try quick bounces in tech/S&P; if not, rotate among UVXY, SQQQ (rises when Nasdaq falls), or short‑term bonds.
