Bonds: rotates among TMF (3x long 20+yr Treasuries), TMV (3x inverse), safer plain bonds, or cash‑like T‑bills (SHV) using trend (moving averages) and a 0–100 heat score, RSI (low=washed‑out, high=overheated). Stocks: holds TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100) and UPRO (3x S&P 500) when SPY is above its 200‑day average; else mostly SHV, unless extremely oversold, then a brief TECL (3x tech) bet. Also 5% each in URTY (3x small‑caps) and UDOW (3x Dow).
