Bond half: rotates among long Treasuries, inverse Treasuries, or T‑bills using two signals—trend (price vs long‑term average) and “heat” (RSI: low=washed‑out, high=stretched). Stock half: owns 3x index funds (Nasdaq‑100/S&P 500) when SPY is above its 200‑day average; otherwise parks in T‑bills, with occasional short tech bounces. Plus small 5% sleeves in 3x small‑caps and 3x Dow.
