A rules‑based, daily strategy that rides tech/semiconductor uptrends with 3x ETFs, buys dips, sometimes shorts after spikes, and parks in Treasuries/dollar when fear is high. It reads fear with UVXY, trend with the 200‑day average, and chips for timing.

Each day it checks three things: fear, trend, and chip‑stock moves. Fear: UVXY RSI (0–100 speed‑of‑move score; high=hot, low=sold‑off) sets low/medium/high‑vol regimes. Trend: S&P 500 vs its 200‑day average. Chips (SMH) trigger buy‑the‑dip or fade‑the‑rip. It then picks offense (TQQQ/TECL/SOXL 3x bulls), defense (SHY/BSV/UUP), or shorts (SQQQ/SOXS). Rebalances daily.
