A daily, rules-based plan that rides tech/semiconductor uptrends with 3x funds, buys deep dips, and shifts to hedges or inverse ETFs when fear spikes, using UVXY, RSI, and trend filters to switch gears.

It gauges “fear” with UVXY. High fear: hedge in SHY, UUP or UVXY/VIXM. Low fear: ride tech/semis—buy TQQQ or SOXL on dips; after sharp pops, flip to SOXS/SQQQ. It also checks SPY vs its 200‑day average and, in calm markets, picks the strongest sector (TECL/ERX/LABU/UTSL/DRN). Daily; RSI is a hot/cold meter (≤30 buy dips; ≥70 hedge). Tools: TQQQ/SQQQ=3x Nasdaq; SMH+SOXL/SOXS=semis; SPXL=3x S&P; UVXY/VIXM=vol; SHY/BSV=bonds; UUP=dollar. Leveraged ETFs are high‑risk.
