Tries to profit from brief spikes in fear. If many funds look overheated (via a short‑term “hotness” score, RSI), it buys a leveraged VIX fund (UVXY; VIX≈market fear). After long S&P 500 winning streaks it buys VIXM. Otherwise it holds T‑bills (BIL).

Each day it reads RSI (0–100 short‑term “hotness”; high=overbought) on: tech (TECL, TQQQ), growth/value (VOOG, VOOV, VTV), comms (VOX), consumer (XLY, XLP), financials (FAS), S&P 500 (SPY), Nasdaq‑100 equal‑weight (QQQE). If any are very hot (~80), buy UVXY (leveraged VIX). If SPY has ~8–9 up days with tiny dips, buy VIXM (milder VIX). Else hold BIL (T‑bills). After a 6‑day tech slump (>12%) plus a >5.5% snapback day, also buy UVXY.
