This strategy checks the market every day and usually puts all its money into just one holding. Most of the time it wants to own leveraged technology funds when tech looks healthy or washed out after a drop. But if the market looks overheated, panicky, or unusually volatile, it quickly switches to volatility funds like UVXY, defensive holdings like cash-like BIL, or other hedges such as bonds, gold, or bearish tech funds.
