Each day it picks “cash” (BIL, a T‑bill ETF) or a short, high‑octane bet (usually TECL, a 3× tech ETF; sometimes UPRO or Treasury ETFs). It only bets when: tech leads defensives, prices are above their 25‑day average, and volatility (VIXY) is calming. RSI (a 0–100 “hot/cold” score) guards against chasing; if things look overheated or the Nasdaq “thermometer” (TQQQ) just spiked >~5.5% in a day, it steps to BIL. After fast drops (~‑12% in 6 days) it may try small rebounds; otherwise BIL.
