This strategy checks the market every day for signs that stocks have risen too far, too fast or become too volatile. If things look overheated or risky, it parks in BIL, a very short-term Treasury-bill fund that acts like cash. If conditions look healthier, it may briefly buy aggressive funds tied to US tech or the broad stock market. In practice, it is mostly a “go to safety first” system.
