Rules-based mix of leveraged ETFs. Half follows Treasury trends, rotating among long/short bonds, stocks, gold, or T‑bills. The rest rides 3x equity indexes in uptrends and steps aside (or buys 3x tech on deep dips) in downtrends.

50% tracks long‑term US Treasury trend (via TLT). If rising, it owns the stronger over ~2 months: stocks (SPY) or bonds (TLT/TMF 3x). If falling, it picks short Treasuries (TMV −3x) or 2x gold (UGL); otherwise T‑bills (SHV). 40% owns TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100) and UPRO (3x S&P 500) while SPY is above its 200‑day average; else SHV unless tech is very oversold (low 10‑day RSI = mostly down days), then TECL (3x tech). Final 10%: URTY (small‑caps) and UDOW (Dow).
