A highly aggressive, rule-based strategy that rotates among leveraged U.S. stocks, long or short Treasury bonds, gold, and cash-like Treasuries based on market trend and recent performance.

This strategy splits money into several buckets. The biggest bucket watches long-term U.S. Treasury bonds. If bonds look strong, it buys either long bonds or stocks—whichever has been doing better lately. If bonds look weak, it may bet against bonds, buy gold, or sit in very short-term Treasuries (a cash-like parking spot). The stock buckets use a simple rule: if the broad U.S. market is above its 200-day average, they buy aggressive 3x stock funds. If not, they either try a short-term rebound trade in tech or move to cash-like Treasuries. Small fixed slices always stay in leveraged small-cap and Dow stocks.

Out-of-sample, this strategy delivers higher risk-adjusted returns and much stronger upside than the S&P 500: +34.6% vs +18.9% annualized, Sharpe ~1.32 vs ~1.20, Calmar ~1.86, with comparable drawdown. Diversified trend-following exposure across bonds, gold, stocks.
