A daily market-timing strategy that usually hides in Treasury bills when markets look overheated or risky, and makes aggressive short-term bets on leveraged tech when tech has fallen but conditions look favorable.

This strategy checks the market every day and asks: is tech too hot, too scary, or in a good buying zone? If markets look overheated or dangerous, it parks in BIL (short-term Treasury bills). If tech has pulled back but conditions look stable, it often buys TECL, a fund that makes a big bet on large U.S. tech stocks. It also uses volatility and bond-market signals as extra safety checks.

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
