Each day the system checks if stocks are overheated or washed‑out, and whether bonds beat stocks. When too hot, it hedges or buys volatility; when calm and trending up, it rides growth (mainly Nasdaq/tech). If stress or rising rates, it rotates to shorts, bonds, dollar or commodities. It also picks the few playbooks that worked best lately. RSI = 0–100 heat gauge.
