About

Aggressive daily strategy that rides tech/semiconductor upswings, buys volatility when markets look overheated, and flips to bond or inverse trades when stress, rising rates, or a strong dollar warn of trouble.
NutHow it works
It’s a daily rule engine that shifts between offense and defense. - RSI: a ‘hot/cold’ gauge (>75 overheated, <30 washed out). - Trend: long‑term stock/bond averages (210 vs 360 days). - Rates/FX checks: T‑Bills vs Treasuries, US dollar. If stocks look overheated, it buys volatility (UVXY/VIXY). If washed‑out and bonds agree, it buys 3x tech/semis (TQQQ/TECL/SOXL, UPRO/SPXL). In stress or rising rates/dollar, it uses bear ETFs (SQQQ/SOXS/SPXS) or 3x Treasuries (TMF/TMV).
CheckmarkValue prop
Aggressive tactical strategy targeting tech upside with hedges. Out-of-sample: ~50.7% annualized return vs SPY ~21.5%; Calmar ~0.98. Higher upside and diversification, but larger drawdowns and slightly lower risk-adjusted Sharpe than SPY.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
