A rules-driven swing trader that flips between 3x tech/semiconductor bulls, inverse/volatility hedges, and bond bets (TMF/TMV) using S&P 500 “heat” (RSI), bond trends, and commodity volatility to switch between offense and defense.

It checks three things each day: (1) S&P 500 “heat” (RSI: 0–100 gauge of how stretched prices are). High = overheated; low = washed‑out. (2) Interest rates: rising or falling? That steers it to TMV (rates up) or TMF (rates down) and how much stock risk to take. (3) Are commodities unusually jumpy? If yes, play defense. Then it picks one ETF: either fast tech/semis bulls (TQQQ, TECL, SOXL, UPRO) or hedges (SQQQ, SOXS, SPXU, UVXY).
