About
A daily, rules-based “beta surfer” that flips between leveraged tech/semis, inverse funds, and VIX hedges using stock heat (RSI), bond trends, and commodity risk as traffic lights. Seeks fast upside in risk‑on and protection in selloffs. Very high risk.
How it worksRebalances daily. Uses three traffic lights: stocks’ heat, bond trend, and commodity risk. RSI (a heat gauge: high=hot/overbought, low=cold/oversold) guides turns.
If stocks are very hot, it buys VIX (UVXY/VIXY). If very weak, it may short tech/semis (SQQQ/SOXS) or buy a bounce (TQQQ/SOXL/TECL) only when bonds agree.
Otherwise it rides the strongest high‑beta ETFs (TQQQ, SOXL, TECL, UPRO/SPXL). Falling rates→TMF; rising rates→TMV. Defense can shift to cash‑like T‑bills, gold, dollar or inverse ETFs. Usually 1 ETF at 100%.
Value propOut-of-sample annualized return ~23.80% vs S&P ~23.75%—roughly the same upside, but with dynamic beta rotation and hedges (VIX, inverse ETFs) for risk-on gains and sell-off protection. Note: drawdowns can be large (~65%); best for risk-tolerant diversification.
