A daily tactical swing strategy. It sells overheated rallies using volatility (UVXY), buys sharp dips in leveraged tech/semis when bonds confirm, and flips between offense and defense using bond and commodity cues. Very high risk due to 3x ETFs and UVXY.

Daily the system asks: 1) Are stocks overheated or washed‑out (a short‑term “stretched” score: high = too hot, low = too cold)? 2) What are bonds/rates doing (BIL vs IEF; TLT trend)? 3) Are commodities in charge (DBC)? Hot → buy volatility (UVXY) or go inverse. Cold + bonds OK → buy the fastest mover (leveraged tech like TQQQ/TECL, semis SOXL, or S&P UPRO/SPXL). Rising/falling rates → rotate into TMV/TMF. Multiple sleeves vote; 1 ETF held; rebalance daily.
