It’s a daily, rules‑based switcher. Core plan: ride chip/tech uptrends (3× ETFs like SOXL/TECL/TQQQ), often buying the recent short‑term laggard for a bounce. When stocks look “too hot,” it briefly buys volatility (UVXY/VIXY) or inverse funds to fade the move. When stocks look washed‑out, it checks bonds; then either buys the dip or stays bearish. Big picture, it uses Treasury and commodity trends to choose risk‑on vs defense. RSI = a 0–100 heat gauge; high=hot, low=oversold.
