About

Daily, high‑octane, tech/semiconductor‑tilted strategy. Rides strong uptrends with 3x funds, switches to “fear” or inverse ETFs when markets get too hot or fall fast, using bond signals to choose offense vs defense. Very high risk.
NutHow it works
It reads long‑term stock/bond trends and a bond risk gauge (BIL vs IEF). RSI = a “hot/cold” meter of recent moves. When trends are up and not “too hot,” it buys the strongest 3x tech/semis fund (SOXL, TQQQ, TECL, UPRO). When things get “too hot” (high RSI) or a big one‑day pop, it briefly buys “fear” funds that rise in selloffs (UVXY/VIXY). If markets drop hard or are “very cold,” it either buys the dip in semis/tech or flips to 3x inverse funds (SQQQ/SOXS/SPXS), guided by the bond gauges. When stocks are shaky, it may rotate into TMF (3x long bonds) if rates fall, TMV (3x short bonds) if rates rise, or strong macro plays like dollar (UUP), oil (UCO), Brazil (EWZ), India (EPI). Rebalances daily; very high risk.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample annualized return ~44% vs SPY ~23%; a tech/semis momentum system with crash hedges (UVXY/VIXY) and bond-based risk controls. Higher upside comes with bigger drawdowns, but Calmar ~0.9 signals a strong risk-adjusted edge for aggressive investors.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
