About

Adaptive, rule‑based portfolio that rotates among U.S. stocks (often tech), long Treasuries, gold, commodities, the U.S. dollar, and managed futures. It adds leverage only in favorable trends and moves to safety or hedges when markets turn choppy.
NutHow it works
It’s an “if‑this‑then‑that” portfolio. When markets trend up and aren’t too jumpy, it owns growth (often tech, sometimes with leverage). When trends weaken or volatility spikes, it shifts into safety: gold, the U.S. dollar, Treasuries, managed futures, or cash‑like T‑bills. RSI is a “heat meter” of recent moves; moving averages are trend lines; drawdown is the recent drop size; volatility is choppiness.
CheckmarkValue prop
Adaptive, risk-managed multi-asset strategy that hedges to tame drawdowns. Out-of-sample: Sharpe ~1.29, Calmar ~1.08, max drawdown 13.6% vs SPY 18.8%; 14.7% annualized vs 21.4% SPY. Smoother upside with downside protection.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
