About

A volatility‑aware rotation. When fear is normal, blend “buy the dip” and short‑term momentum across big market/tech funds. When fear spikes, pivot to Treasuries (long or inverse) or, if bonds are calm, a defensive mix of bonds, commodities, US dollar, and staples.
NutHow it works
1) Check market “fear” via UVXY’s RSI (a 0–100 hot/cold meter). If it’s below 70 (calmer), split: half into the single fund that’s most “cold” (lowest RSI) among big tech/market funds, and half into the top 2 performers over ~20 days. 2) If fear runs hot (RSI ≥ 70), prefer Treasuries—pick TMF (3x long) or TMV (3x short) based on recent damage; if both sides of bonds look calm, rotate among safer plays (short‑term Treasuries, commodities, US dollar, staples) using the same dip‑and‑momentum mix.
CheckmarkValue prop
Volatility-aware 2-regime strategy aims for out-of-sample gains: ~47% annualized vs 21% S&P, blending dip-buy momentum with leaders in calm markets and shifting to Treasuries in fear. Defensive tilts guard risk but bring higher drawdowns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
