A fast-moving strategy that tries to buy sharp dips in high-growth stock sectors, but quickly hides in Treasury bills or other defensive assets when market risk looks too high.

This strategy is an aggressive market-timer. It mostly hunts short-term rebounds in beaten-down growth areas like tech, semiconductors, the Nasdaq, and the S&P 500 using leveraged funds. But before buying, it checks if the market looks too hot, too weak, or too risky. If danger signs appear, it shifts into safer holdings like very short-term Treasury bills, bonds, a strong-dollar fund, or other defensive funds.
