About

A monthly, rules‑based switch that goes “offense” (leveraged tech/semis/US stocks) when bonds suggest falling rates, and “defense” (Treasuries, gold, USD, equity hedges) otherwise. A small rotator adds diversification. Goal: ride uptrends, cut big drawdowns.

Each month it asks: 1) Did stocks just drop fast? If yes, move to a “panic” mix (Treasuries, stock hedges, volatility). 2) If not, are long bonds (BND) beating short bonds (BSV) over ~3 months? If yes, go on offense in 2–3x stock funds (tech/semis/S&P). 3) If no, choose a defensive set for rising vs falling rates. A 20% sleeve rotates one diversifier by RSI (a 0–100 recent‑strength score).
