About

A daily tactical plan: ride tech-led uptrends with leveraged funds when the market’s healthy; rotate to Treasuries, the US dollar, volatility, defensive stocks, or inverse hedges when overheated or weak; buy-the-dip/sell-the-rip rules manage swings.
NutHow it works
Daily it checks if the S&P 500 is above its 200‑day average (trend). If a short‑term “speed” gauge (RSI: 0–100; high=too hot, low=washed out) says stocks are overheated, it parks in safer/hedge funds: long Treasuries (TLT/TMF), US dollar up (UUP), volatility (VIXY), defensive stocks (XLP/SPLV). If not hot, it prefers leveraged tech (TQQQ/SOXL). After sharp drops it buys dips gradually; big snapbacks are faded. Otherwise it toggles vs short Treasuries (SHY/SHV/STIP).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: ~69% annualized return vs SPY ~21%; Calmar ~1.62; Sharpe ~1.23. A nimble, hedged strategy that rides tech uptrends and uses dips—aiming bigger upside with disciplined risk vs the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
