A daily “risk dial” that flips between offense and defense. It buys 3x tech/S&P/semis on dips, hedges with UVIX when markets look overheated, parks in T‑bills on fear spikes, and shifts to inverse ETFs/bonds in selloffs. Uses leveraged ETFs; very volatile.

RSI = short-term “hot/cold” score (0–100): >70 hot, <30 cold. 200‑day avg = long‑term trend line. Daily: if SPY is above trend (and beating commodities), buy dips in 3x tech/S&P/semis or 3x Treasuries; otherwise favor commodities or hedges. When overheated, briefly buy UVIX; when fear spikes, park in BIL; on selloffs, use inverse ETFs/bonds.
