About

A fast, daily strategy for riding big uptrends with 3x tech/S&P funds, buying sharp dips, and hedging when trends weaken. It uses simple “hot vs. cold” signals (RSI, moving averages) and bond-market checks, and sometimes plays short bursts of volatility with UVXY.
NutHow it works
Each day it asks: is the market trending up? If yes, it leans into 3x stock funds—tech (TQQQ), S&P 500 (SPXL/UPRO), chips (SOXL)—and sometimes long Treasuries (TMF). RSI is a simple “hot/cold” gauge: if prices look very hot, it briefly buys UVXY (a volatility pop fund); if very cold, it buys the weakest 3x funds for a bounce. If trends look weak, it rotates to inverse funds (SQQQ/SOXS/SPXS), bonds (BSV/BIL/AGG), or the US dollar (UUP).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample alpha: ~37% annualized return with disciplined risk controls. Captures large upside via 3x tech/S&P bets with hedges (bonds, inverses, volatility). Aims to beat the S&P in trend markets; drawdowns can be steep.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
