Uses simple gauges (RSI: 0–100 heat meter; EMA: long‑term trendline) on SPY (stocks), XLK (tech), XLU (utilities), DBC (commodities), and TLT (Treasuries). If stocks are very oversold, buy TECL. If tech is extremely hot, buy UVXY. Otherwise: if stocks beat utilities, go bull (TECL or ERX). If utilities beat stocks, go bear: if Treasuries trend up, pick TMF or UGL; if down, pick TMV, BTAL, or TECS. Holds one fund.
