A fast, daily, go‑anywhere strategy that chases short bursts in biotech and tech (via 3x ETFs) when trends are favorable, but quickly flips to inverse ETFs, volatility hedges, or cash when markets turn. Uses simple “hot/cold,” trend, and volatility triggers.

Daily, it reads the market’s “hot/cold” score (RSI), long‑term trend (200‑day average), recent % moves, and fear gauges (VIX). When risk looks good, it buys fast movers like LABU (3x biotech), TQQQ/SOXL (3x Nasdaq/semis). When risk rises, it shifts to hedges: SQQQ/LABD (shorts), UVXY (volatility), or cash‑like BIL/BSV. It picks 1–2 names with the strongest recent showings and can also buy dips.
