Rules-based, tech‑tilted swing strategy. In uptrends it rides Nasdaq with TQQQ unless overheated, then hedges with SQQQ/UVXY. In downtrends it buys dips or shifts to bonds, cash, dollar or gold using simple “too hot/too cold” (RSI) tests.

1) Check trend: Is the S&P 500 (SPY) above its 200‑day average (a long‑term trend line)? • If yes, ride tech with leveraged Nasdaq (TQQQ). If it gets “too hot” by an RSI score (a 0–100 heat gauge), briefly hedge with inverse/volatility funds (SQQQ/UVXY). • If no, buy sharp sell‑offs or rotate among growth, cash/short‑term Treasuries, long Treasuries, the U.S. dollar or gold, always picking within pairs by RSI.
