A daily, rules-based switcher: in calm markets it rides leveraged S&P/Nasdaq, buys big dips, and ducks into a defensive dollar/gold/staples mix after big spikes. At times it runs a 55% 3x stocks/45% 3x bonds core. Aggressive, with safety valves.

What it tries to do, in plain English: - Each day it checks if markets are calm (low recent “bumpiness”). - If calm, it either holds a 3x S&P/Nasdaq blend (tilted to the steadier one) or runs “buy the dip, fear the spike”: buy 3x indexes after ~5% 5‑day drops; if a 3x fund jumps >5% in a day, move to safety (UUP dollar, GLD gold, XLP staples). - When trends look healthy, it may also hold ~55% 3x stocks + 45% 3x long Treasuries (TMF). Uses SPY/QQQ/SHY as thermometers; rebalances daily.
