This strategy is a fast-moving market timer built mostly around big U.S. tech. Most of the time, if the market looks healthy, it buys TECL, a very aggressive fund that magnifies moves in technology stocks. If tech looks too overheated, too shaky, or fear is rising, it quickly switches into crash hedges like UVXY/VIXY, bearish tech funds, or a cash-like Treasury fund (BIL). After sharp drops, it may try to buy the dip.
