About

Daily, all‑in rotation among EM ETFs. Uses trend, a bond risk gauge (EMB vs BWZ), and a short‑term heat score (RSI) to choose EEMV most of the time, but flips to 3x bull (EDC), 3x bear (EDZ), or plain EEM at extremes.
NutHow it works
Each day it picks one fund: - EEM (EM stocks), EEMV (low‑vol EM), EDC (3x long EM), or EDZ (3x short EM). It checks: 1) 50‑day trend of EM stocks (up or down). 2) Are EM bonds (EMB) beating safer bonds (BWZ)? 3) A short‑term “heat” score (RSI 0–100: high = hot/overbought, low = cold/oversold). If trend is up, hold EEMV unless RSI>75, then use EDZ. If trend is down, combine the bond check and RSI: favor EDZ when markets look hot, EEMV when cooler, buy EEM on extreme sell‑offs, and use EDC when not hot.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample annualized return ~29% vs SPY ~23%; lower beta (~0.66) boosts diversification; Calmar ~1.50 shows strong risk-adjusted upside; drawdowns (~19%) comparable to SPY. EM rotation with bond/RSI risk guards aims for higher growth with controlled risk.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
