About

A rules-based, high-octane plan: half “surfs” between 3x Tech/Nasdaq and Treasuries using a short-term dip gauge; half is regime-based—buy dips in bear markets, run a leveraged stocks+long‑bonds mix in bull markets. Uses 1099 ETFs (no K‑1).
NutHow it works
It splits your money 50/50 between two rule sets. - Fund Surfing: If the market’s been calm lately, it buys whichever of 3x Tech/Nasdaq or Treasuries just fell the most (a short-term “dip” gauge). If markets are jumpy, it parks in short Treasuries. - Bear vs Bull: If the S&P is >10% off its peak, it buys 5‑day selloffs in 3x Nasdaq or 3x S&P (unless a huge +5% rebound just happened), otherwise holds T‑bills. If not in a bear, it runs a leveraged stocks+long‑Treasuries mix, tilting toward the calmer fund.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample performance suggests higher upside than SPY: ~36.5% annualized vs ~22.6%, with Calmar ~0.97. Regime-aware, leveraged allocation aims to capture bull-market gains while defending in dips. No K-1.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
