About
Two-sleeve tactical plan using TECL/TQQQ (3x tech/Nasdaq) and US Treasuries (SHY, IEF, TLT). In calm markets it buys the most beaten‑down pick; as volatility rises it shifts to SHY and, in storms, TLT.
Your money is split into two equal sleeves. Each asks: how calm is the stock market (using SPY’s 1‑month volatility)?
- If very calm, the sleeve buys 1 ETF that fell the most over ~1 month (a “recent‑moves” score called RSI: lower = more recently down). Choices: TECL/TQQQ plus a Treasury (IEF or SHY).
- If not calm, it parks in Treasuries (SHY); in very rough markets, long Treasuries (TLT).
Trades only when signals change (5% band).
Two-sleeve, volatility-aware strategy that buys beaten tech in calm markets and shifts to Treasuries in turbulence. OOS return ~64% vs SPY ~22%, with Sharpe ~1.43 and Calmar ~1.45—better upside with disciplined risk control.
