It blends 4 parts: a bond-trend rider, a bond core, a simple momentum picker, and a crash helmet. Signals: moving averages (trend lines) and RSI (0–100 “hot/cold” speed gauge). If long bonds (TLT) trend up and aren’t hot → TMF; if overheated → TMV; if messy pick safety: UUP/USDU (USD), GLD (gold), XLP (staples), BTAL (anti‑beta), or short stocks (SH/PSQ). Bond core: VGLT/VGIT in calm; TMV+USD if rates rising; TMF if falling. Momentum: top 2 of SPY, TLT, GLD, UUP, DBC, SHV. Crash helmet: if tech sells off hard or overheats, use UVXY (volatility) or TQQQ on rebounds; else safety mix.
