About

A fast, high‑risk, daily strategy that toggles between 3× growth ETFs (tech/semis), hedges (inverse funds, VIX, Treasuries), and a Bitcoin/ARK sleeve. It buys strength, fades extremes, and tries to sidestep sell‑offs using simple “hot vs cold” and bond/volatility checks.
NutHow it works
Each day it reads a few gauges: 1) Is the market “hot” or “cold” (RSI = a 0–100 score of how stretched a move is). 2) Are bonds rising or falling. 3) Is volatility calming or spiking. If risk‑on, it rides the strongest area (often 3× tech/semis like TQQQ/SOXL). If risk‑off, it flips to protection (inverse funds, long VIX, or Treasuries/cash). A separate sleeve trades Bitcoin/ARK long when strong, short when overheated.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample annualized return ~29.5% vs SPY ~23.7%, driven by adaptive regime switching across leveraged tech, hedges, and crypto. Delivers stronger upside and diversification, but comes with higher drawdowns and a different risk profile than SPY.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
