About
A fast-moving strategy that tries to buy sharp Nasdaq dips, bet against overheated or risky markets, and otherwise own the single strongest stock from a small blue-chip list.
This strategy checks the market every day and puts all its money into just one position.
It mainly watches the Nasdaq. If the Nasdaq looks beaten down, it may buy a turbocharged Nasdaq fund (TQQQ). If the market looks too hot, too risky, or fear is rising, it may bet against the market using SQQQ or SPXU.
When signals are mixed, it simply picks the strongest recent winner from Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Tesla, and Exxon.
High-conviction Nasdaq strategy with out-of-sample annualized returns ~52% vs S&P ~21%, and Calmar ~1.21. It offers big upside but higher drawdowns (~43% vs ~19%). Great upside if you can tolerate volatility.
