Goal: ride fast tech/semiconductor rallies, fade overheated spikes, and step aside when fear rises. Own TECL (3x tech) or SOXL (3x chips) when QQQ trends up and the “fear index” (VIX via VIXY) is easing. If a rally looks overcooked, flip to SOXS (3x inverse chips). After sharp multi‑day drops, buy dips in TECL/SOXL or TMF (3x Treasuries). When volatility jumps or bonds outrun stocks, sit in BIL (T‑Bills). RSI = a 0–100 gauge of recent ups vs downs.
