About

A rules-based, K‑1‑free strategy that rapidly shifts among leveraged tech/semiconductor funds (long or short), guided by market trend, overbought/oversold readings, and bond‑market checks—owning TQQQ/SOXL in calm uptrends and parking in T‑Bills + SQQQ or SOXS when risk spikes.
NutHow it works
First it checks if the S&P 500 is above or below its recent average. Above = offense; below = defense. Offense: own the strongest fast-moving funds (often 3x tech/semis). Defense: short tech/semis or hold 60% T‑Bills + 40% inverse QQQ. Extra rules use an overbought/oversold score (RSI), recent drops, and bond strength/volatility to confirm or block risk. ETFs only (K‑1 free).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample: ~48% annualized return vs ~21% on the S&P; Calmar ~1.39. An ETF-driven rotation of leveraged tech/semis with Treasuries hedges targets strong growth with risk controls—though drawdowns can be larger in downturns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
