This strategy is a fast-moving market timer focused mostly on technology and semiconductor funds. It checks whether the market looks too hot, too beaten down, calm, or fearful. If tech has surged too far too fast, it often bets against semiconductors. If tech has fallen hard, it often buys leveraged tech or chip funds for a rebound. When conditions look dangerous, it may move to short-term Treasury bills or sometimes Treasury bond trades.
