This strategy is an aggressive market-timer focused on tech and semiconductor stocks. It watches whether the market looks stretched up, crashed down, or broadly healthy using recent price behavior and bond-market signals. When conditions look good, it buys TQQQ or SOXL for amplified upside. When markets look overheated or dangerous, it flips to SOXS or SQQQ, which rise when tech falls. In rough periods, it may park 60% in BIL and 40% in SQQQ.
