Once a week, the strategy asks: “Are the biggest Nasdaq companies doing better than the average Nasdaq company?” It checks this by comparing QQQ (dominated by giants like Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, and Meta) with QQQE (the same group spread more evenly) over the last 20 trading days. If the giants are leading, it buys just 1 of 4 YieldMax funds tied to Microsoft, Apple, Nvidia, or Meta—the one with the lowest share price at that moment. If the giants are not leading, it moves everything into Eli Lilly (LLY).

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
