About

A daily, rules‑based tech rotation that swings between Apple/Tesla/Nvidia income ETFs, their 1x bearish counterparts, cash, and leveraged tech hedges. It uses simple “hot/cold” signals, recent returns, and volatility to lean into bounces or step aside.
NutHow it works
Each day it checks simple signals of how “hot” or “cold” tech looks (recent % moves, RSI, jumpiness). - Too hot: move to cash‑like BIL or briefly hedge with SOXS. - Too cold: buy TECL for a bounce. - Otherwise pick Apple/Tesla/Nvidia: hold the YieldMax income ETF if bonds look steadier than short‑tech; else use the 1x bearish ETF. Nvidia also checks its 9‑day trend. It compares several 2–6 week looks and picks the one that’s most beaten‑up/volatile. May fall back to QQQ.
CheckmarkValue prop
Dynamic tech-rotation with hedges and cash buffers diversifies a core S&P exposure, aiming to capture tech rebounds with risk controls. OOS: ~18.8% annualized vs ~23% for S&P; Calmar ~0.60; Sharpe ~0.58; larger drawdowns but potential diversification in tech volatility.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
