About

A daily, rules-based swing trader. It chases uptrends with leveraged tech/semis, buys deep dips, and hedges or shorts when markets look overheated, weak, or crashy—using bond-vs-stock strength and volatility cues. K‑1‑free (uses VXX).
NutHow it works
Each day it asks: - Is the market overheated? If yes (RSI very high), hold VXX (volatility hedge). RSI is a 0–100 speed-of-move score; high=overheated, low=washed out. - Is it washed out? If yes (RSI very low), buy a triple‑speed index fund (SOXL or UPRO) for a rebound. - Is it a mini-crash? If TQQQ fell ~13% in 6 days, use a special playbook: fade big one‑day spikes (SOXS) or buy semis on deep dips (SOXL); else hedge (PSQ). - Otherwise (normal): If QQQ trends up, buy TQQQ; if bonds look stronger than stocks or drawdowns spike, hedge with PSQ. - An add‑on picker often chooses one ETF (bull or bear) by buying the recent laggard for a short‑term bounce.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
